Tickets
It is your responsibility to ascertain whether and event has been cancelled or times and dates have been rearranged. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue and event partner, full details are available from the venue box office.
Refunds
Please e-mail us at info@bonzodog.co.uk or call us on 0044 (0)845 0941355 if you need or feel as though you are entitled to a refund.
All sales are final, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled, or the facility is closed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Should an event be cancelled or rescheduled we will endeavour to contact you if you provide us with a valid e-mail address or phone number above. It is the ticket purchasers responsibility to check to see if an event has been cancelled or rescheduled.
If an event is rescheduled, and you elect to receive a refund, or an event is cancelled you must return the complete ticket order in order to obtain , with stubs attached, to:

Shipping
Cost of shipping is £3.00 per order.
All goods are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class service, except for ticket orders made over the website which are shipped Royal Mail Signed For.
